Being a player for so many years i just want to suggest that if its possible or is there any way the algorithm of RGC client can identify if the disconnected players did not intentionally disconnect to the game like what happened to my game. i was disconnected due to a sudden black out and im banned for 6 days. I think its not good for the community because not majority of the players that has been disconnected intentionally did that. We can consider afk , leaver on the spot but a sudden disconnected i think there should be a basis about it, hope you consider this or analyze the things that i have pointed out. thanks

As you can see in our game my hero was axe and im preparing to get the bounty and that time stamp the black out happened.

just want to say this :

why there are players who i reported and get banned for max days then after awhile and after 1 day their banned already lifted up or we can say by passed.

i hope admins and other staffs will read this.. thats unfair. i get banned once and suffer the maximum days  then these people dont, just because they have a connections to some of the staffs..  bullshit to the staffs who are doing this kind of stuff( by passing ),
