I was asked by Head Admin Snow to reply. So first of all, we all need to be aware written messages can be misunderstood, and probably not everyone has the same domain of English.

This apology solves nothing because it is not a remote "mistake"; it is a patron. 'Patron' means when people repeat the same conduct over again. You have treated me incorrectly before and now again, so it clearly shows there might be some personal dislike, as in both situations you had no proper reasons to ban or treat me.

I can accept other people having another opinion, certainly. But when I question your "rationale" process on the Game-Ruiner section, let it be noted I do it with respect, as you can clearly have seen in all my private messages to you. The rules are clear, and if you can see people maliciously doing something they know they should not do, why make a whole speech to reject that ban??? A few times, I can let that go, but out of 50 posts, 70-85% of them are rejected, and when I ask for other stuff from support or regular respected players, they all agree it is a 100% ban.

I never seek anyone to lose their admin-moderator rank or anything. I simply want to apply the rules and ban all those who clearly wreck games intentionally.

I hope the main admins notice this huge number of rejections and your repetitive arrogant, defiant attitude towards me and do something about it. I am polite and respectful, and anyone can see I look forward to having a better platform for punishing those who do wrong.

   On proof N2: In here baba and Abuserisback, both players, saw what he did, and they defended me, pointing out that there was no reason to be kicked or treated to be banned coming from me. The player how to lose used an insult, so I can understand the ban. I want to also mention that the players agreed with me that NoliMit rejects many reports that should be clearly granted (just for the record).

       On proof N3: Here I got kicked a second time; once again, you can clearly verify I haven't said anything. The screenshot was just showing that I was kicked, and it was provided to me, as I could not see who kicked me. 

Guys, I know here on the platform the treatment is not equal or fair. Many have clear benefits, but I only hope to find 1 single person with admin or charge to do for 1 time what's right. How can you let this guy be an admin, abusing and treating players that did not insult, flame or do anything? As a matter of fact, if you check the replay, if instead of him (NoliMited) it was another random guy not helping in TF and making us lose the game, he would be instantly banned. With this guy, not only did I have to lose the game, which for me is fine. But being threatened is 100% out of place.

Now I know that, since I am the one reporting, I am being discriminated against and treated differently for whatever reason the staff may have. On one hand he threatened me about going mid if someone called it first, and the very next day he's doing his so-called "rationale", and he contradicts himself. Why so much show-drama when the criteria should be based on the rules and period? More in my favour, he tells me this player has been banned twice for being anti-gamer; it is a clear patron behaviour. But no, instead he contradict himself on his very 'rationale process he does always'.

He avoided team fights from 20 to 35, but in minutes 42-43 he was farming bot when there was a decisive TF that determined the game, basically leading the other team to win. Balanar told the team to play many times, which he ignored. We asked to please do Scepter so we can certainly win the TF and, therefore, the game. Around minute 44, he spent that money on Radiance but still showed zero participation and support for the team.

Another player called mid, and I had previous experience with this guy failing drastically so I say that I will go mid. The moderator threatened me directly. No proper explanation and no good talking. Second thing, in no post or official thread of rules regarding EU Public is there anything written about mid-lane, so I cannot be accused of not following the rules if this information is not written down. If I am mistaken, please share with me the corresponding post mentioned this about mid because in this case was "Just because the moderator said so." But hold on, the incoherence it is about to come!! I just played a game in which Player A said, 'I go mid', and Player B goes mid as well, ruining the game. I made the report, and this moderator, NoliMited, marked it as ‘’pending'' when he clearly told me in-game this is an obvious infraction. He treated me for that and confirmed it once again in a private message, which, by the way, he wrote to me. I simply answered back.

There is a clear contradiction in this moderator. The game I was accused of, which I played under stress, because of him, I , still saved many teammates serveral times, did very good plays and ended up with a great score https://prnt.sc/1v8YMPwgld73 items and performance overall.
