Good day! Please check my game activities, I don't quit a game when it started, and I always play it until the end. Please lift the ban, because the reason it happens by the fatal error of the warcraft. After the loading of the game, it crashed.

I already finish my game, but it suddenly banned me after I quit the game. (It is done when I quit.)

 

I waited patiently for the matchmaking process after a while it got connected and I accepted the match. When I open the Dota app and click to join the room, it does not support it.  It seems like there's an error. I have the latest version of the map and before this incident, I just finished a game. Help me to unban this. Thank you in advance!
