I need some help. Suddenly when starting Warcraft 3 (DOTA) by RGC, the following message occurs: 

[ERROR] Warcraft III is already running, please kill it via TaskManager. 

But it is not running, there is no process, even i have already restarted the Windows, reinstalled Dota, but the message continues.

I've also reinstalled RGC and Warcraft, but the same problem happens.

O game iniciou com muito lag no servidor, e após 15 minutos minha conexão foi perdida.

Fui reportado como Kiter, e o pedido de ban foi aceito.

Porém não kitei em nenhum momento.

Eu caí, e quando fui ver no RGC estava tudo em branco como se tivesse o servidor caído.

Tenho mais de 200 games desde o último reset, e apenas 2 disconnects.

Gostaria de pedir que se possível, me dêem unban.
