Ban Reason :admin abusng his power  althugh his play was just bad  and dealing less damage in game also he got much less item value

i made it for the stuns in fight+damage and more sharpnel to  slow enemy mobility at level 25 with +6 sharpnel its like refreshing  all 9 skills along with the ultimate

i had scpter and khada with refresher 

his item value was 12966 my item value was 17859 it looks like i have a full refresher in value ahead of him he could foucus on winning the game instead of blaming others

he did less damage than me and have less item value and more deaths than me
