Hello, I have problems with taking talents and I cant see animations when using skills. Pls help. Thx

Hello. SInce the last update I can not see spell animations in game and cant take my hero talents.  Same thing happens to my friend, so can it be fixed or is it our problem ?

Their player was fed hard, he had 21 kills, our 3 players had 0 kills combined. The game was more then finished.. We asked them to ff, they kept wasting our time. Its time for you guys to start punishing players for refusing to ff when the game is clearly ruined. I left so I can play a normal game, my friend stayed 2 more mins asked them to ff, they didnt want. What are we supposed to do ?
