This has relation the ban that we received today and this is our kind sincere apology and we promise that this will not be repeated.

kindly treat this as an official appeal. The unlike behavior will not be repeated.

Noting that this is an IP ban and we play in a cyber cafe shop . all the cafe players are unable to login into RGC i feel deeply sorry for that conversation and i got abit frustrated after losing several games in raw due to some leavers/game ruiners etc. 

Kindly accept our sincere apology for these behavior we are all humans and humans do fall into mistakes along with some bad days and bad moments as well.

i know you are a good person we had good games together even good conversations in such games.

i though you was abusing me and i got mad , on the other hand the gaming center which am playing in it effected all ,the gamers are not able to play cause of me.. and please your support needed and appreciated to unban,
