Explanation of what they did : We both went mid - fine whatever, I played normal sportsmanlike but this one decided to abuse me because of it. 
In-game time : Min 6 I let them solo mid and go bot lane, they follow me down and waste hook on creep (could've used it to gank but that was not the intention). Then I tp mid because it's empty and they immediately also tp mid + purposefully ruin my cs (hitting creeps early so I won't be able to lasthit). Around min 11 teammate Lion complains that Pudge is feeding and hoarding wards (they are holding 4 obs wards without putting them up). Min 12:30 hooks me away from a kill. Min 16 tries to hook me away from killing thrall but I manage to dodge. 14:40 comes to the ancients I'm farming and lasthits them. Pauses whenever I die and mocks me. Et cetera.

Lol I did not game ruin, I played to the best of my ability. It was -ar and we got 2 hard carries (morph and sf, lina immediately went mid so I couldn't go for a magic build bc that needs levels and space) vs a pretty hard pick for Sentinel that destroys us in mid game => we had to slow down the game and get to late. Pit lord decides to go for battle fury and farm instead of auras/tankiness and creating space for the rest of his team, lina decides to farm every creep on the map (and actually went wood before me, leaving jugger to freefarm mid), morph is feeding and ruining with meteor hammer (that I agree with). I tried every lane but if I show I die to their heroes => I warded and farmed efficiently wood without dying. I did not “refuse to defend” - I was paying attention to fights but did not join if I thought I would not have impact and just die with my soft sf and it would instead be better to use this time and space to keep farming. This person reporting me is just bitter for some reason, I had more K+A than Tuskar, Pit and Morph (8), so I don't know what you're on about, I was defending until the end. Chill out and learn some DotA.

Times & Explain:

17:30 - Storm comes to neutrals with no information (immediately heads over after Tinker tp's there, even though there is more neutrals in their forest for them to farm) and sees some of Tinker's march of the machines → jumps directly on top of Tinker in the fog. ------- This was not super suspicious, it can happen, so I didn't think much of it.

19:00 - Storm comes to neutrals again with no information and ulties exactly on top of Tinker in the fog (in a strange place inbetween trees that you would not think to jump on). ------- This is highly suspicious to me.

25-26:10 - Storm is farming bot lane and when huskar tp's and comes to gank, Storm without any information whatsover (no wards or scan) decides to hide in the trees for about 15-20 seconds → leaves trees precisely when huskar has walked away - never having seen huskar at all. ------- This totally confirms MH for me.

35:30 - Storm jumps on low hp Huskar in roshan pit with no information, no scan. Storm fails to kill huskar and they both walk away. After sitting for a few seconds, Storm decides to once again, with no information, to jump in the Roshan pit exactly on top of low hp Huskar and Roshan. ------- Pretty obvious MH again.

This person's skill was very low, so I honestly doubt they would have the game understanding and map awareness to pull off any of these moves without MH. Furthermore, checking their ban history I see that they have been client banned before for posting bypass/maphack links: https://board.rankedgaming.com/topic/1386367-abuso-link-maphack/
