The program can't start because MSVCP120.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

Solution: 

- In Ranked Gaming Client folder, there is a file named vcredist_x86.exe

- File can be manually downloaded from: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=40784

- Run the file and click on Install / Repair.

Try again to run RGC.
