Reason: 

This guy keeps getting unban while he always pick weaver to play on mid lane and will contest everytime but he always make mid opponent fat. This time he ruin the game by not helping the team to defend towers he just staying on top lane and bottom lane whenever enemy trying to catch him but he never been in 1 clash. BAN REQUEST, AFK MORE THAN 5MINS AND TOSSING ALLY TO ENEMY CLOSE TO END OF THE GAME. Right after one ally left I paused the game and this tiny keeps resuming the game that made it impossible to remake anymore because game time went 5mins when he resume it.

Reason: Intentional feeding whole game plus 2 courier being feeded as well, this kind of gameplay should IP ban, destroying the fun gameplay on RGC Thailand should not be tolerated. IP ban for 3 days to 1 week must be the minimum timeban for this guy for him to learn.

AFK Throughout the game and we can't kick him because he constantly moving to avoid getting -kickafk, he feeded 4 times first and then afk throughout the game, he only move when the game was about to end. You can check the chat history he never chat again in the middle of the game only at the start and at the end

Provoker- (Anti-Mage) was tried to hide Skeleton's item but he caught where did he put his item.
Why I didn't consider it as a spoiling?

Because you did something wrong to him and it's makes him mad that's why he muted you and ur team,
coz you and ur team just stole his own stacks creeps and as his revenge he just tried to hide ur item.
And lastly the game was already about to end so I won't ban him as his first record of spoiling.
