What Kind Of Abuse :- Swapping Players in Game Lobby

I just want to open this up I know this is not a part of the in-game mood but the case is swapping players under a public room, is it permitted or not? I know before when I started playing RGC way back 2014 you can only swap player inside the lobby if you are the one who “Host” the lobby, correct me if I'm wrong for who will be reviewing with this topic. And please check also the screenshot inside. Thank you!

• Why do you want to be a Staff member?: As a Player and Caster here in RGC maybe it's the time to help this department also as RGC is growing Dota 1 platform nowadays. • How do you think you can contribute to the Staff?: When there's such as reports of map hacking in the specific section of forum of this depart I can easily track it down and also I'm in just my computer whole day I can check the section of anti map hack time to time.

• How much free time do you have available to be a Staff member?: In my case I will be working with remotely I can work here 8hrs - 12hrs a day.

Good day Sir/Madam,

I would like to appeal to this report, that I was accidentally use the hotkey of Alt+Q during the clash because my Crimson Guard item is in that hotkey slot, the problem is I spam the Hotkey Alt+Q to activate but it happens that it Quit the game. I don't know why it quits the game

Note: "Before the game I already activate the Hotkeys and it works smoothly."
