If you look at Zeus, he is not moving 90% of the game, and is only being sent to mid to feed Alchemist.

This is a fake account that is used on VPN(Italy) or from a second game instance or some sort of AI.

TheBaltazarTV is the only player from Syrian Arab Republic that matches the IP from the example above.

1- Add groups for points system ( so that u can't have players with 1500 and 30 000 points play in same game), for instance low, middle & high games.

2-Reset stats for all players, make points system +5 for win and -5 for lose.
